Forged with exotic hot peppers that we farm ourselves, they’re fermented and aged in small batches over a period of many months, resulting in sauces with character and attitude that are balanced, bold, savory and delicious.

Dagger Tree Pepper Works ® is a collaboration among family members who've spent lifetimes working and living in Chicago's restaurants and bars. We've been guided by a passion for spicy foods from all around the globe, and driven to create original recipes to compliment the foods we love to eat here in Chicago.
We began crafting our recipes in 2007, and we're beyond excited to have an opportunity to finally start sharing our premium, small-batch line of hot sauces with you now too. And it's been a true labor of love getting here -- thanks to everyone who's supported us these past several years while we've worked with the proper authorities to take the recipes from bar stools & tailgates to market.
We're probably still a couple months away from having the first batches in bottles. They're in production though, fermenting and aging as we speak.
